• We ship all orders via Ground UPS within 1 to 3 business days to arrive at your door within 7 business days within the lower 48 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take less, as they must be shipped by air.
• If your item has been backordered, or we are unable to deliver within our stated time frame, we will email you or call you to advise you. You will have the option of: 1) canceling your order, 2) waiting for your order to arrive, or 3) if you don’t want to wait for it, we will direct you to someone who may be able to ship your order immediately.

Shipping charges are by weight or by the amount of your purchase, whichever benefits the customer. However, some items such as tires, exhaust systems or large bulky items may be more than what the shopping cart quotes. Large bulky items, such as exhaust systems going to the west coast may also incurr slightly higher shipping costs. If we need to charge additional shipping on larger bulky items, we will advise the customer. Some larger bulky or small and heavy items, such as crated motors, kit bikes, etc. may require specially calculated shipping charges. In the event that the actual shipping rate does not conform to the shipping charges stated above, we will advise you of the most economical shipping methods and rates.

You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of the order placement date. The box or carton must remain unopened and the UPC code bars must be on the carton. You must call us toll-free at 1-866-979-7433 to get a return number that you should put on the carton next to our shipping address. The package must be returned prepaid and there will be a 20% restocking charge. SORRY, NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. With Special Orders for Custom Made items, such as Custom Wheels, Body Parts such as fenders and Custom Made one off parts and accessories, we require a 50% NON-refundable deposit, as these items are sometimes impossible to find a customer with the need for that exact item. On the aforementioned Special Order items, if the balance due is not paid within 30 days, we reserve the right to try to sell those items to re-coup some of our cost. The deposit is made at the time of the order. This includes orders through the shopping cart and orders taken over the phone. We will always send you an email stating this policy to get your final e-mail authorization before proceeding with the order. Sorry, no returns on electrical parts or accessories. 

However, if we shipped you the wrong merchandise that was contradictory to your order, or you received damaged merchandise, call us toll-free 1-866-979-7433, and you will be instructed to return it to us, and we will reimburse you for shipping charges altogether, and we will reship your item with no additional shipping charges.
